One of Justin Bieber's team of bodyguards has been arrested in New York for allegedly getting into an altercation with a paparazzo.
The bodyguard in question is Kenneth Hamilton and Gossip Cop has reported that he is being accused of pushing photographer, Jason Nicholas up against a parked car in the city last November.
Jason is claiming that in the weeks following the incident, he experienced back pain and Kenneth will have to attend court at a future date.
Justin is currently promoting his new 3D movie, Never Say Never which will be released in the UK later this month.
